Audition Coaching & Other Services

While working on my MFA at the Actors Studio Drama School, I also worked as an audition coach, director, and educator throughout New York City. As an actor, I know first-hand how stressful auditions can be, from the initial stages of prep to figuring out what materials to submit. I offer a variety of services to help you feel as prepared as you can be walking to the audition room or submitting online:

  • Audition Coaching: We’ll take a look at materials you’ve received ahead of an audition or callback, and I’ll work with you to showcase your best self from the moment you walk through the door. Sessions are for 30 or 60 minutes.

  • Monologue Selections: Feel like there’s something missing from your book? We’ll start with an initial consultation so I can get an idea of who you are as an actor, what material you already have, and what you’re looking for. Then, I’ll comb through my library and deliver a PDF of a monologue that I think will be a perfect fit for you.

  • Reel Editing: Working on creating a reel, but don’t know where to start? Let me do the work for you. You’ll send me clips of material that showcases you as best, and I’ll edit a completed, professional reel for you to send out with your submissions. I offer editing for Film/TV, theatrical, dance/movement, voice/musical theatre, or anything else you’d like me to stitch together.

Audition Coaching

Auditions are stressful (trust me, I get it). As an actor and a director, I’ve been on both sides of the table numerous times—and I want to alleviate some of that stress. If you’ve got an audition or callback coming up that you’d like to work through, this is the perfect package for you!

What’s Included: We’ll start with a quick chat about your audition/callback coming up—what’s the show, who is the character, what work have you already done to prepare. Then, we’ll dive into the monologues, sides, or song you’ve been asked to prepare (or, a monologue or song that you’re bringing in yourself). For the remainder of the session, I’ll work with you to solidify your choices, guide you to a deeper understanding of the character and themes involved, and help you feel as prepared as you can be walking into that audition room.

30 Minute Session: $40 60 Minute Session: $75

Monologue Selection

Do you feel like there’s something missing from your book? Maybe you’ve got an excellent line-up of contemporary monologues but lack classical ones, or there’s a perfect Shakespeare piece for you that you just haven’t been able to find. Team up with me, and I’ll help you fill in those gaps.

What’s Included: We’ll start with a quick quick consultation (30 minutes) about who you are as an actor, what your strengths are, what materials you already have, and what you’re looking for (the more detailed, the better!). Afterwards, I’ll dive into my personal library and pull out a piece that I think is exactly what you’re looking for.

30 Minute Consultation + Hand-Picked Monologue: $40

Looking for multiple pieces to add to your book? We can work together to craft a package deal.

Reel Editing

Reels can sometimes feel like the Wild West, especially if video-editing isn’t your forte. Fortunately, it’s right up my alley. I have extensive experience as both an editor and director, so I know what casting is looking for when a reel comes across their screen.

What’s Included: We’ll start with a quick quick consultation (30 minutes) about what materials you have already, and how you’re looking to brand yourself with your reel. We’ll talk about what your strengths are and how I can highlight them, and the overall structure of your reel. Then, I’ll power up Premiere Pro and craft a professionally edited reel for you within 72 hours. I offer editing for Film/TV, theatrical, dance/movement, and voice/musical theatre reels. Something else you’re looking for? Let me know and I can create it

30 Minute Consultation + Reel: $100
